Founded by Chef Cedric Gayon, Five Tastes draws from over 16 years of experience in Michelin and award-winning kitchens, where precision, discipline, and respect for craft were essential.
Over time, that foundation evolved into something more personal. Moving beyond traditional restaurant spaces, we began to focus on creating experiences that prioritize connection, creativity, and presence. Five Tastes was born from that shift—built not just as a culinary concept, but as a reflection of a more intentional way of working and living.
Today, Five Tastes Hospitality offers curated dining experiences ranging from intimate private dinners to collaborative events and pop-ups. Each experience is designed to bring people together—through food, atmosphere, and a shared sense of occasion.
