    Creative, driven, 14 years of working for other amazing chefs, learned a lot and ready to put it on the plate. Five Tastes is a space built around innovation and breaking the rules.

  • Chef Kleber Gomez

    Togiharu Wa-Gyutou, Owl Tattoo, Favorite Ninjutsu is Chibaku Tensei, and loves pre workout before the gym.

    Classically trained, found his passion for Japanese cuisine. Became a medical professional when the world needed them the most but has been eager to step back into the kitchen. Five Tastes became his gateway and this is only the beginning.

    Graduate in Graphic Design, worked in property management. Primarily experienced in events and athletics but Five Tastes has pushed him out of his comfort zone entering the culinary realm with food photography and candid kitchen action photography and videography. Even on occasion becoming a food runner in case of emergency. He’s stoked to be a part of this exciting ride in traveling with Five Tastes and documenting our journey.

    Innovative, creative, knowledgeable, confident and humble. Has worked his way through the cutthroat industry, learned from the best, found his identity and ready to make his mark. Five Tastes has allowed him to think outside of the box with no limits to his creativity. Developing ideas by tapping into his roots and bringing them to life in new and innovative ways. We discovered something really special in this partnership and we know we will make waves on the food and cocktail pairing scene.

    Aussie, No Accent, Leather Jacket, Either talking about wine or on a spin bike. Passion Incarnate, to the extreme.

    Obsessed with hospitality and bringing people together, wine has always been the best way to do so. Worked under Michelin Chefs at Per Se and Master Sommelier Laura Maniec. From Sydney, loves the beach and her family. The service industry and taking care of others has become her connection to the global community. Five Tastes has given her a way to explore, curate and connect people and is excited to be a part of this passion project we are building together.
